HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?

The vast majority of the items listed on our website are already in stock and will usually process within 1-5 business days. However, from time to time we do list “Pre-Sales” for products while they are in production. These items are typically listed at a lesser price than when we physically have them in. For an estimate of when the pre-sale will ship, please refer to the product description after you click on it. 

All orders being shipped within the U.S. will typically take a maximum of 3-5 AFTER the order has been processed and shipped depending on how far away you are from our shop. International deliveries can range anywhere from 2-4 weeks. These times of shipment are 

TRACKING A PACKAGE

Once your order leaves our warehouse, please contact USPS or UPS for any updates regarding the status of your shipment. At that point it is out of our hands and all we can do is check the tracking number which we have already provided you with. Any international orders that are in-transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package has been held up in customs and is requesting a customs fee.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping prices are generated based upon a few different variables; the weight of your order, your method of shipping chosen, and your location. You can check your costs of shipping by adding your items of choice into your cart and clicking “Checkout”

-One word YES :)

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes! You will receive an automated email containing your tracking number the second we print your shipping label. If one of your products is taking a while to come in, please refer to your tracking number and check your order’s status before reaching out.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY?

-If we have made a mistake PLEASE let us know and we will gladly make it right! However, we do not accept returns due to mistakes that we’re not made on our end. All sales are final once placed. 

 WHERE IS WAZ SHOP LOCATED?

We are based out of Milwaukee, WI. We do however travel the country to extend our network and vend at various festivals.

 

 WHAT DO I DO IF I’VE RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT’S MISSING SOMETHING?

If you’ve received an order missing some of the items you were so stoked to get, don’t sweat it! Shoot us an email and let us know! You can find our contact info at the bottom of this page. Please note you must notify us of any issues with your order within 14 days of the delivery date.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED MY ORDER IN THE MAIL, BUT IT'S WRONG?

If you have received your order and it is wrong due to an error on our end please contact us! Although we don’t make mistakes frequently, they do unfortunately happen from time to time. 

Please note that any worn, washed, or damaged product will not be accepted for a return, and will be sent back! All returns MUST be reported within two weeks (14 Days) to be eligible for an exchange.

Orders ONLY qualify for exchange if the incident is reported within fourteen (14) days of the items ship date. Also, the product cannot be washed, damaged or worn to qualify for the exchange.

 HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE?

If you have a discount code you will need to enter it during the last step of the checkout process.

 DO YOU SHIP PARTIAL ORDERS?

No, we DO NOT ship partial orders. If you have ordered an item listed as a “Pre-Sale” along side an item we already have in stock your order will be shipped in its entirety when we have received the items listed as pre-sale from production.
